THE PRINTS

All prints are handmade in Brooklyn, NY and all materials are shopped here in the city. The artworks are printed using golden ink over Black 80lb Neenah Crest paper, which has archival qualities and should last a lifetime if handled with love. They all come signed and numbered on the back by myself and embossed with the Feather insignia on the corner. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped typically within 2-5 days via USPS. All prints are sent with a protective sheet on the artwork side and travel inside a sturdy 20x3 inches tube. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, Penabranca cannot be held responsible for stolen, damaged or lost packages when USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via USPS and should use your local carrier/network once it lands overseas. Tracking number provided should give you information about the product in-transit, but once it’s within your country’s postal service network, there’s nothing that Penabranca or USPS can do with delayed or lost packages.

Tracking will be provided for all orders. 

As we all know, the COVID19 pandemic has put a lot of pressure on postal and delivery services worldwide and waiting time can be longer than normal.

Please be patient if your print is taking longer to arrive.

RETURNS

If you’re not happy with your product, I’ll gladly accept returns on full price items 15 days after delivered. The returned item must be free from damage or any aspect that would prevent it from being sold again as new. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the shipping cost.
